Markus Kasunich, Associate Producer, Sound
Markus William Kasunich has been assisting in producing events, pilgrimages, and retreats for the Louix Dor Dempriey Foundation for over 8 years. During many of these events he has been directly responsible for all aspects of the sound engineering and video. He has served as part of the management and production team on these events, as well as overseeing the recording, editing, production, and distribution of products. He has been directly responsible, from conception to completion, for many of the current products offered by the organization.
He has also been actively involved in archiving, cataloguing, organizing, and preserving the vast library of video, audio, photographic, and written teachings, as well as other historical treasures for the ministry. He currently serves as the Director of New Product Development for the Foundation and also functions as Personal Assistant to Louix Dor Dempriey. With his diverse training and unique experience, he brings an insightful perspective which is invaluable to the nature of this project.
Louix Dor Dempriey Biography
Louix Dor Dempriey is a spiritual Master who has come into this world to help people restore their inherent divinity and live as unconditional love. Louix’s darshan (receiving His personal blessing), as well as His illuminating discourses, meditations, and ceremonies, have invoked profound transformation in thousands of people of all spiritual and religious paths, and from all social, economic, and cultural backgrounds. With grace and humor, He imparts timeless wisdom in contemporary, practical teachings, making self-mastery and true, inner peace attainable for all—for His life models both the journey and the victory of God-realization.
The Early Years
The greatest adventure you will ever have
is the journey into your own heart.
Louix Dor Dempriey was born at 7:40 p.m. on Sunday, 17 December 1961, in Somerville, Massachusetts, U.S.A. He was named Louis Bonanno, the third of four children of Italian-American parents.
As a child, Louix’s Divine qualities were evident. He demonstrated immense compassion for His fellow human beings, animals, and plants. Wild animals frequently came to Him, and He often brought home injured animals and nursed them back to health. It was in the quietude of Nature where He would experience His most profound communion with the Divine.
Jesus physically appeared before Him at the age of five, to prophesy two critical turning points in His life, and to prepare Him for what was to come. By age ten, His insight and wisdom belied His age, and people of all ages and from different walks of life were already seeking His counsel for their personal problems. Louix also achieved academic excellence throughout His schooling and displayed a level of maturity and responsibility beyond His years.
Young Adulthood
By following one’s heart—that small, still, silent voice—
one is inextricably tethered into the heart, mind, and will of God,
even without knowing what it is.
Throughout His life, He entertained others with His wit, creativity, and performing talents. After graduating from Bentley College in 1983 with degrees in Economics/Finance and Accounting, He moved to New York City to attend the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, pursuing His childhood dream to become an actor. A near-fatal bout with food poisoning both terminated His cherished studies and, through a serendipitous turn of events, secured His first starring role in a feature film. In 1986, His burgeoning career brought Him to Hollywood, where He appeared in several films and television programs. By the late 80’s, He was riding a wave of success in all areas of His life.
Spiritual Training
Everything that happens to you is for the sole purpose of
your own God-realization.
In May of 1990, Louix experienced a very powerful kundalini awakening, which sent Him straight into samadhi (a state of Divine bliss). Instantly activated were many siddhas (Divine powers/abilities) that had lain dormant within Him. For more than a week He experienced total omniscience and did not eat or sleep, so powerful was the current of Love coursing through His being.
In February of 1992, following a string of miraculous events, and in answer to His prayers for Divine guidance, Louix had an encounter with four Ascended Masters. Soon thereafter, He renounced the material world and began training in earnest with the Masters in The Ancient Mystery School, fulfilling one of the prophecies spoken to Him by Jesus at the age of five.
Within two months, Louix was able to enter a conscious trance (bhava samadhi) and physically presence Ascended Masters and other celestial beings within His own form. In April of 1992, He was bequeathed the name Louix Dor Dempriey, which means "Behold! I give you the Kingdom of Heaven."
During four years of rigorous Initiate training, nearly 100 Avatars, Masters, angels, and saints physically materialized within and before Him to accelerate the realization of His full Divinity.
Enlightenment
Divinity reveals itself from within the self,
where it lies dormant until such time
as the soul is ready and willing to externalize it.
Louix Dor Dempriey attained Enlightenment on 7 March 1996. One year later, Paramahansa Yogananda appeared before Him to herald the opening of Louix’s first ashram, Prema Drala, which means "The Grace of God." In October of that same year, Paramahansaji appeared again, this time placing His right hand upon Louix’s head and anointing Him with the Sanskrit name Sri Pranananda, which translates as "Most Beloved Breath of God."
Divine Family
Love takes on whatever form it needs
to reach you, to touch you, and to draw you unto Itself.
A few years after the opening of His first ashram, Louix’s ministry spread to other countries. There are currently three ashrams in Australia: Sundara Aravinda in Melbourne, Prana Shakti in Hobart, and Sathya Sananda in Sydney. The world headquarters, Prema Drala, where Louix resides, is currently located in Southern California. There are also study groups in Chicago and New York, U.S.A.; Hamilton, New Zealand; and Vancouver, Canada.
In 2007, the Louix Dor Dempriey Foundation was founded as a non-profit educational organization dedicated to sharing Louix’s teachings and humanitarian works. The Foundation’s mission is to help people remember and restore their inherent divinity, and to walk in this world as unconditional love.
Louix Dor Dempriey’s global family is constantly expanding, inspired by a common vision for personal transformation, self-mastery, and dedication to humanitarian and environmental causes. Lisa Leslie – Public Relations, Assistant to Producer
Since first meeting her Guru, Louix Dor Dempriey, in May 1999, Lisa has produced or assisted in the production of many global and local events, pilgrimages, and retreats for the Louix Dor Dempriey Foundation. In addition to serving as part of the management and production team, she also heads public relations and directs still photography for these events.
Lisa currently serves as Director of Legal Affairs and Director of Public Relations for the Louix Dor Dempriey Foundation. With her diverse and extensive background which includes: being an intellectual property attorney, an Information Technology Project Manager, Director of Communications for a Fortune 500 company, Director of Marketing for international nutrition firm, website content producer, and a professional speaker and peak performance coach, Lisa brings to this project great insight, skill, and perspective.
Arterium Angledal – Cameraman/Editor
Arterium resides in Melbourne, Australia where he runs his own video production, design & photo retouching business. In the non-digital realm, Arterium also enjoys painting. Some of his pieces can be viewed at Tusk Gallery on Chapel St. South Yarra, Australia. He has over over ten years experience in design and three years in video production. Most of his experience behind the camera has been gained through shooting tropical weddings in the Whitsunday Islands, as well as some commercial, real estate and documentary filming. Notes From The Director

There are certain times in the life of a filmmaker where the risks in beginning a new project—with little money in the bank and a whole lot of trust—really pay off. Since this project began almost four months ago, I have been truly blessed in so many ways that it brings tears to my eyes.
When I started to work with Louix Dor Dempriey and some of His disciples, I was just a camera-guy-for-hire and had no idea who Louix was or what was in store for me. Since that first evening event at Open Secret Bookstore in San Francisco, I have been tossed into a tornado of love and blessings, struggles and heartaches, which just keeps turning faster and faster, building a momentum the likes of which I have never experienced in my entire life.
Now, as we are fully into pre-production, I am in awe and so excited to watch our vision unfold. This project is a dream come true, and I am really impressed with all of the hard work and dedication on the part of Zimmaron and the production staff. A huge thanks goes out to all of you who are working so hard to bring our vision to life! I could not do this without each and every one of you. You all mean so much to me!
This project is more than just a documentary. It is my life. At times, it is hard to tell where the film stops and my life begins. Surrendering to the momentum that we are building is one of the greatest things that has ever happened to me. I am so grateful for this opportunity.
Louix Dor Dempriey is a gift for everyone to enjoy. He has certainly changed my life, and I am so excited to think that our project will help people all over the world.

Ryan Divine
Ryan Devine is an accomplished artist and animator who majored in Fine Arts while at the Academy of Art University. After school, Ryan worked closely with the well-known abstract expressionist painter Naomie Kremer. In an attempt to push Naomie’s work in a new direction, Ryan took her existing paintings, broke them apart digitally, and animated them for projection as large-scale installations. The collaboration was met with much critical acclaim.
Most recently, Ryan has been directing, animating, and producing music videos for a variety of independent musicians. Ryan’s video and animation works have already won many awards, including first place in the YouTube underground music video contest, and landed him an appearance on Good Morning America. Ryan is currently focusing on his work combining animation, music, and interactive elements.

Joel Mankey – Composer & Sound Editor
Joel Mankey manages and maintains Monkeyman Studios with his father Earle, who is has been successful music engineer for over 30 years. Music has always been a part of Joel’s everyday life. He says that music is the “glue” that binds people together. It is absolutely essential to any society (the most important thing next to language) because music is the heart of society expressing itself.
With an entire lifetimes worth of music training, Joel still furthered his formal education by receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Music Composition from California State University and since then has been actively involved in all aspects of playing, composing, recording, producing, and arranging musical compositions in all genres. Continuing his father’s heritage of musical excellence, Joel is an accomplished engineer and performer, and has produced many albums (Sean Cullen, Off & Ons, Alan Glasband, Masanga Marimba Ensemble, and Culture Crash Orquestra) and has provided live sound engineering services for Melodia Sinica and Strunz & Franah and other groups in the Los Angeles area.
As an accomplished musician, he is proficient in traditional Japanese Taiko drumming, (which he teaches and has studied for 7 years) and a vast spectrum of percussive instruments including guitar and trumpet. However, Joel has such a natural talent, that he can take any instrument and make it sound beautiful. He often provides his talents in the recording sessions as a studio musician.
With his wealth of practical experience, his visionary approach to the art of music, and his deep passion for producing and crafting beautiful soundscapes, Joel brings his vibrant creative energy and experience to this project.
